Just arrived so awaiting logbookI have for sale a 2010 59 Reg Seat Leon FR with the Common Rail 170bhp Tdi engine.
This Is A VERY RARE Car As the Kiwi Green paint was a VERY EXPENSIVE optional extra when new so most people went for the cheaper red or orange paint.
Most you will see in this colour have just been wrapped and even then it is not a true kiwi green colour.
Extremely well specd example -whoever purchased this new definitely ticked all the boxes on the options list!

Two Timing Belt Changes -one with receipt (around 99k) and second without receipt but there is a sticker in engine bay indicating date and mileage of belt and water pump change (around 148k) (will update exact dates and mileages of belt changes once Ive had a chance to check).
In overall excellent condition bar a few marks consistent with age of vehicle -These Will Be Touched Up Before Sale
Windscreen has a crack -This will be replaced before sale
Could do with a valet -not too bad but will need one to bring it up to a nice standard -Again, I will aim to have this done before sale.
I am in the process of retrieving service record from main dealers -which judging by how pristine the engine bay looks and how the car drives there should be plenty of. UPDATE: I am now in receipt of the earlier main dealer service records so car now comes with full service history including 2 timing belt changes.
Service book is now full so I have ordered a new one which will come with the car for the new owner
