Vehicle description
Renault Koleos, 2008, rare full factory bodykit fitted, Brink towbar and electrics fitted, only used twice. Bodywork is fair but this car is 15 years old so don't expect a show car, it's got marks and so on about right with its age. The interior is pretty good, some wear but no tears or rips etc. Boot is a bit sandy from the dog.Mechanics are excellent, drives really well, chain driven engine so no belts etc to worry about. 4wd works fine, only two things that are a bit iffy are the rear parking sensors, sometimes they work then they don't so they're switched off, and the air con needs a re-gas I assume but I never used it anyway.
Owned this for 4 years, its had discs and pads all round, ball joints, track rod ends and a tie rod as well as oil and filter changes at a Renault specialist.
Averages nearly 40mpg on a run, been a very reliable car but our dog can't jump in it any more so I have bought an estate car.
The private plate goes with the car, the previous owner didn't remove it and messed me about so I kept it but it means nothing to me.
This can two 2 tons, our caravan weighs 1750kg unladen and it pulled it perfectly, ideal for a caravan or horse box etc. Its very good off road or in snow, the 4x4 system is nissan Xtrail with a switchable box and hill descent.
No swaps or silly offers please, this car is cheaper by miles than most and is good value for what I'm asking so don't waste my time and yours.
