The minimum warranty on any vehicle or a part will be the guarantee implied by law. Warranties can range from 3 months to 3 year and levels of cover will depend on age on mileage of the particular vehicle.

The vehicle purchased is inspected and test driven by a customer and it is agreed to take delivery of this vehicle as set out in the contract as being satisfactory to customer requirements at the time of sale. It is understood that if the vehicle is provided without a current road fund license, M.O.T test certificate or insurance certificate, it is therefore customer's responsibility to ensure its legal usage on a public highway.
