Evidence of regular servicing is important and if your choice is a used Volkswagen, Listers are able to make checks through Volkswagen systems and produce a service history certificate.
If your choice is another make of car, your Volkswagen retailer will, of course, endeavour to provide evidence of the vehicles service history.
Exchange plan
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your car for any reason, you are entitled to exchange it at any time within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles of ownership (whichever comes sooner). Terms and Conditions Apply.

According to the age and mileage of your car, the warranty will have one of the following levels of cover:
All Component Warranty - for cars up to 3 years and 100,000 miles
Volkswagen Approved Warranty - for cars over 3 years of age and under 100,000 miles

Vehicle identity - make, model, colour, engine size and number, door plan, fuel type and transmission as recorded by the DVLA.
Date of first registration - with the DVLA.
Finance -is there any outstanding finance?
Condition alert - has there been a total loss claim?
Stolen vehicle check - has the vehicle been reported missing?
Plate transfer - do any transfers hide a dubious history?
